Where does Unbound OS fall short?
On e-signature, full white label, native mobile apps and the size of the integration ecosystem.
- E-signature. PandaDoc, HoneyBook, Bonsai, SuiteDash and HubSpot quotes have it. Unbound OS does not, and the client does not accept on the page: your team marks the proposal accepted.
- White label. SuiteDash covers all of it on every plan and Dubsado uses your domain. Unbound OS covers name and logo.
- Native mobile apps. ClickUp, monday.com, HoneyBook, Dubsado and Bonsai have them.
- Integrations. HubSpot lists thousands of apps in its marketplace.
- Price for large teams that need everything. SuiteDash and Dubsado charge flat; with many people, they come out cheaper.
Where does Unbound OS lead?
On the single record from proposal to paid, on pricing per person and per module, and on the reach of its agents.
- One record from proposal to paid. Proposal, pre-contract, contract, deliverables, invoice and payment live on the same client.
- Price per person and per module. Each module is paid only by the people who have it, with no monthly minimum. HubSpot and monday.com also sell by hub or product; the others sell bundled tiers.
- Agents across the whole operation. More than 400 MCP tools with each person’s permissions, optional review and no AI markup. Seven of the nine have MCP too; the difference is reach.
- Proposals with read tracking. Private pages behind an email code, reading by page, and a watermarked PDF.
