Unbound OS

the whole operation,one system.

Client portals, proposals, CRM, projects, calendar, finance and the AI agents you already use, in one workspace with your brand on it. Switch on the modules each person needs and pay for exactly that.

Built by Unbound, a growth agency, to run its own operation. In use every day.

What it replaces

one workspace instead of a tab for every tool.

Each module costs about half of the tool most teams buy for the same job. Compared with their monthly price, the one you actually pay when you start.

Pricing

pay per person, per module.

Every user pays Core. Each module is paid only by the people who use it. Administrators always have every module you switch on, and they decide who gets the rest.

  2. 3rd and 4th5%
  3. 5th and 6th10%

The two add up per user and module, never past 30 percent. Then the cycle discount. The bill never drops below 70 percent of list. No minimum per workspace. Clients in the portal and agent keys are not billed.

Agents and MCP

your ai works inside, with your permissions.

Every module is reachable through MCP. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or any agent that speaks MCP, and it reads and acts in the workspace with exactly the access of the person who connected it.

  • Your model

Bring the AI you already pay for. Unbound adds no AI markup to the bill.

  • Your permissions

An agent can do what its person can do. Nothing more, in one workspace only.

  • Your review

Sensitive actions are proposed for a human to approve before they happen.

Made in production

built inside an agency.

Unbound is a growth agency. It built this system to run its own clients, proposals, invoices and team, and it runs on it every day. Unbound OS is that same system, in a workspace of your own.

FAQ

before you start.

Who is Unbound OS for?

Agencies and service businesses that run clients: they sell with proposals, deliver work, report on it and invoice for it. If that is your week, it is built for you.

How does the price work?

Every user pays Core, 7 USD a month, with tasks and projects included. Each module is paid per user who has it, at its own list price. Discounts for more users and more modules apply on their own, capped at 30 percent, and paying every 6 months or yearly takes 5 or 10 percent more off.

Can each person have different modules?

Yes. Administrators always have every module you switch on. They decide which modules everyone else gets, and you pay for each module only for the people who have it.

Who counts as a user?

People on your team who sign in to the workspace. Clients in the portal are not billed, and neither are the keys your AI agents use.

Is AI included?

The workspace connects to the AI you already use through MCP. You bring the model and pay its provider directly, so there is no AI markup on your Unbound bill.

Can my clients see my brand instead of Unbound?

Yes. The portal and what your clients open carry your name and your color.

Is my data separate from other companies?

Yes. Row level security is on for every table and every query is scoped to your workspace, so one company never reads another company’s data.

Is there a minimum, and what currency is it in?

There is no monthly minimum. Prices are in USD. Enterprise contracts can be billed in Colombian pesos. More than 100 users is quoted with the same rules.
