Which modules are there?
Twelve. With all of them on, one user adds up to USD 112 a month at list, before discounts.
| Module | Who it is for | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Core | Everyone in the workspace. Core is not optional, because tasks, contacts and permissions are what the other modules share. | USD 7 |
| Clients and portal | Agencies and service firms that deliver ongoing work to clients and are tired of sending updates by email, chat and shared folders. | USD 8 |
| CRM and pipeline | Agencies and service firms that sell through conversations and proposals, and want the deal and the client to be the same record after the sale. | USD 10 |
| Documents and proposals | Agencies and firms that win work with proposals and need to know whether the proposal was read before the follow up call. | USD 20 |
| Calendar and booking | Anyone who books calls with prospects or clients and wants each booking to land on the right contact, not in a separate scheduling tool. | USD 6 |
| Forms | Teams that run intake, onboarding or briefs by form and then copy the answers into another tool. | USD 5 |
| Library and data rooms | Teams that keep playbooks, guides, case material and templates, and send them to clients more than once. | USD 6 |
| Finance | Agencies and firms that invoice clients every month and want the invoice to come from the contract, not from a spreadsheet. | USD 12 |
| Social | Agencies and content teams that run social for several brands and report on it to each client. | USD 10 |
| Campaigns | Teams that run AI funnels on their site through the CRM and want each new lead followed up by email without exporting it anywhere. | USD 10 |
| Skills | Teams that already use AI agents for client work and want them to follow the house way of doing it, not a different prompt in every chat. | USD 3 |
| KOL and media | PR, influencer and growth teams that pitch the same voices for different clients and want one directory instead of a spreadsheet per campaign. | USD 15 |
Does any module depend on another?
Only one: Social needs Clients, because it publishes for clients. The rest switch on alone and add features when they meet.
For example, Forms and Finance add their section to the portal when Clients is on, and Campaigns writes to the leads from the funnels that live in CRM.
