What does it not do?
- White label covers your company name and logo on what clients open. It does not yet cover a custom domain, your own sender address or your brand colors.
- Tools built only for portals, such as SuiteDash, white label more of the experience today, including the domain.
Can AI agents work in it?
Yes. An agent connected over MCP reads and acts here with the permissions of the person or service account that connected it. Some of the tools it uses:

Frequently asked questions
Do clients in the portal cost anything?
No. Clients who sign in to the portal are not billed. Only your team pays.
Can clients see my brand instead of Unbound?
They see your company name and your logo. Custom domains, sender addresses and brand colors are not available yet.
Which modules need Clients?
Social does, because it publishes for clients. Other modules, such as Finance and Forms, add their own sections to the portal when both are on.
