What does it do?
- Proposals as private pages, from templates, with versions, attachments and change requests.
- Email code access. Only the people on the proposal can open it, after a code reaches their inbox.
- Read tracking. Who opened it, which pages they read and for how long, and which actions they clicked.
- Watermarked PDF, stamped with the identity of the person who downloads it.
- Tracked documents. Upload files, keep them in folders, send a link per person and see the reading.
- Data rooms. A folder becomes a data room shared by link that stays in sync with the folder.
Who is it for?
Agencies and firms that win work with proposals and need to know whether the proposal was read before the follow up call.

Compare against the month to month price, which is what you pay when you start. A tool priced per account or flat can come out cheaper than Unbound OS when many people share it; in that case the honest sum is your own team’s.
How much does it cost?
USD 20 per user per month at list price.
- Per user per month
- USD 20
- list price
- 5 users with Core
- USD 135.00
- per month, monthly
- Same plan, yearly
- USD 121.50
- per month
Only the people who have Documents and proposals pay for it; everyone pays Core (USD 7). The full rules and discounts are on pricing.
What does it not do?
- No e-signature. Unbound OS does not collect legally binding signatures.
- No client side acceptance. The client cannot accept on the page. A team member marks the proposal accepted, which creates a draft pre-contract; a person then activates the contract, and invoices follow from it.
- PandaDoc, HoneyBook, Bonsai and SuiteDash all offer e-signature. If signing inside the document is a must, they do that today.
Can AI agents work in it?
Yes. An agent connected over MCP reads and acts here with the permissions of the person or service account that connected it. Some of the tools it uses:
- create_proposal
- publish_proposal
- get_document_analytics
- list_document_readers
- make_folder_data_room
- propose_send_document
